Dear Student and Parents,
On be half of Physics department, I head of this department, welcome you. This is one of the basic science department of this institute.
Basically the department runs as per UGC and Dr. B. A. M. Univeristy guidelines. The main motto of this department is teaching, learning and evaluvation for under graduate students in Physics, Electronics and post graduate student in Physics and Industrial Automotion. But, you will see that along with teaching and learning, faculty involved in social, extracurricular and a wide range of important research actvities related to Microwaves, effect of Microwaves on crystal growth and living spacies, Astronomy and Astrophysics, Material Science and Nuclier Physics etc.
Department has complited UGC, DST, NCAOR, NIO, IUCAA funded  sixteen major and minor project and one is ganing on. Department has developed linkage with inistitute of national repute as  IUCAA,NCAOR,NARSA,NIO and SURBHI and is trying FOR EXTENSIVE COLLABARATION with “Department of Physics S.R.T. University Nanded and  Dr. B. A. M. U. Aurangabad.
Twentyfour student had complited Ph.D. and Fifteen Sudent had comlited M. Phil. from  Physics Reseach Center.  Presently Twenty scholars are doing research under the guidance  of faculty of the Department.
Besides regular academic activities other extra curricular activities likes seminar, study tour, industry visit, science exhibition etc. are arranged by the department.
Department run some activity through DNYAN SETU,JESO,SCIENCE FORUM and COP for students and society.
